Guidelines for a Peaceful Stay in the Shire

To ensure all guests enjoy the magic and tranquility of Underhill Hollow, we ask that you follow these gentle guidelines. Think of them as the wisdom of the elders, passed down to preserve the peace of our hillside sanctuary.
Booking & Reservations
Check-in & Check-out
Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, giving our hobbit-hole helpers time to prepare your cozy chambers. Check-out is by 11:00 AM, allowing time for the next adventurers to arrive.
Cancellation Policy
Cancel up to 7 days before your stay for a full refund. Life happens, even in the Shire! Cancellations within 7 days receive 50% refund.
Payment
Full payment is required at booking. We accept all major payment methods (no gold coins or dragon treasures, please!).
House Rules
Quiet Hours
Please keep noise to hobbit-level after 10:00 PM. Our neighbors appreciate peaceful evenings for stargazing and contemplation.
No Smoking
Our hobbit hole is completely smoke-free. Gandalf's pipe-weed is reserved for outdoor gardens only!
Guest Capacity
Maximum occupancy is strictly enforced for safety and comfort. No unexpected party additions, even if they claim to be distant cousins!
Additional Guidelines
Pet Policy
While we love all creatures great and small, our hobbit hole is not pet-friendly. Service animals are always welcome with prior notice.
Lost & Found
Items left behind will be held for 30 days. We'll contact you about any forgotten treasures (magical rings will be returned immediately!).
Damages
Please treat our hobbit hole with the care you'd show your own. Any damages beyond normal wear will be assessed and charged accordingly.
Emergency Procedures
Emergency contact information is provided upon check-in. In case of true emergency, local authorities are just a scroll... er, phone call away.
